1. Dahlia Festival

The Dahlia Festival features fields of Dahlias with over 370 varieties that you can pick out, purchase, or order for delivery or planting. 2. Sneaker Week

3. World Naked Bike Ride

4. Portland Fashion Week

5. Portland Adult Soapbox Derby

6. Hood To Coast
