3. Rose Cup Races

4. Cathedral Park Jazz Festival

The longest-running jazz-and-blues festival is back in town! This three-day concert will be held at the foot of the St. Johns Bridge in the Cathedral Park neighborhood of Portland. It features local jazz and blues musicians like Mary Flower, Terry Robb Trio, Chuchito Valdés, 3 Leg Torso, Ural Thomas and the Pain, and more! 5. Mississippi Street Fair
