4. Festival of Balloons

5. Rose Festival Royal Rosarians Milk Carton Boat Race

Milk, Carton, Boat, and Race in one sentence? Keep Portland Weird, as they say. This family-friendly event dates back to 1973 and you might not want to miss this unusual race!
