  • NOTE: The Media Creator is an entry-level, independent contractor position located in Portland, Oregon, and is open until filled, with an immediate start date.

Part-time Independent Contractor · Entry level · Flexible Hours

You must be able to commit to 5-10 hours per week ($15/hour). If you are still in school, we should be able to accommodate your schedule.  

Entry position with growth opportunity for the right candidate

Requires twice/week travel within Portland metro area, rest is work at

homeValid driving license and clean driving record

WHO WE ARE

We are a small, residential real estate brokerage that’s beginning to expand.  

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Videographer and Photographer
  • Skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, social media, copywriting 
  • Are you creative and like using social media like Youtube, instagram, Tiktok? 
  • Have passion for making convincing, caring and compelling ideas & content?
  • Ability to make quick edit changes and ask for feedback
  • Proficient in at least one of the Adobe Creative Suite programs and eager to continue to learn and evolve
  • Responsible, accountable, deeply passionate about your own personal interests and hobbies, and of course, kind, compassionate and empathetic because you love the magic of collaboration. 

The Gig Is:

  • Marketing our clients’ homes and agents through website, social media, flyers, postcards, and blogs/vlogs.  
  • Creating emotional, impactful, objective oriented content for building a real estate company’s image.
  • Ability to turn any content into a volume of social postings (clips, GIFs, stories, copy, etc.)
  • Collaborating with our real estate team to create and modify video, photography, social copy, gifs, short clips
  • Honing your editing and blurb writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
  • Using and creating on social media frequently
