Here’s the new roof we put on in 2021. When we bought the property, the roof was in bad shape, so we were planning to repair or replace it shortly after. But the roof leaked the following winter, we had to put a new roof right away. We had limited time and they swiftly did the work for us. Reasonable price, great communication, quality work and they were very professional.

– Inspect plywood and install 1⁄2” CDX where needed (50% included in pricing)*

– Replace all metal trim/flashings (ie. edge metal on eaves/rakes, step flashing, skylight/chimney flashing, W-metal in valleys)

– Install GAF Tiger Paw Synthetic Underlayment over entire roof deck surface
