I just showed a home, a well-lived ’90’s home, and things caught my eyes and my buyers’ eyes. Gaps in countertop edges and dirty areas around the toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
If you don’t want to remodel or spend a lot of money to sell your house, then spend about $10 on caulking. It’s pretty easy to do and it adds a clean, fresh look to the home.
The best and cheapest way to present your home is to make it look as clean as possible, and caulking helps!
