97229 is a big ZIP. A house in Bethany, a house in Cedar Mill, and a house in Rock Creek can all sit in it and still not be the same sale. Buyers shop those pockets differently. I look at the house in front of me.

I do not have a separate number on this page for Cedar Mill or for Rock Creek. No median price, no days on market, no count of homes sold, no listing count. If your house is in one of those pockets, I will price it from the street, not from a ZIP average.
